Product Overview

Rated voltage 450/750V PVC insulated control cables are used for control, monitoring circuits and protection lines below 450/750V, etc. The working temperature of PVC insulated control cables is 70℃, and that of cross-linked polyethylene control cables is 90℃.


This type of product development and has formed a flame retardant polyolefin / XLPE insulated control cables and fire-resistant polyolefin / XLPE insulated control cables. Flame-retardant and fire-retardant control cables have electrical properties in accordance with GB9330 “Plastic Insulated Control Cables”, and fire-retardant and flame-retardant performance requirements can be in line with GB / T19666 “Fire-retardant and fire-retardant wire and cable or fiber optic cable” in the fire-retardant and flame-retardant class A, B, C and D requirements.


Product Characteristics

1. Rated voltage (U0/U): 450/7500V

2. Nominal cross-sectional area: 0.5mm2, 0.75mm2, 1.0mm2, 1.5mm2, 2.5mm2, 4mm2, 6mm2, 10mm2.

3. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable can be up to 90℃; the laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃.

4. Allowable bending radius for laying: not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

5. Product implementation standards: GB/T 9330-2020
