○ In June 2007, the company was restructured to set up Jiangxi Lianchuang Cable Technology Co., Ltd. and moved into Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ji'an City;
○ In August 2016, the company underwent a shareholding restructuring and founded Jiangxi Lianchuang Cable Technology Co.
